Corrective Exercise
This is similar to personal training but with a slightly different approach. Corrective Exercise is a holistic kinesiology approach to exercise where we look at how your whole body is functioning, not just the end result in crafting an exercise plan. Using a variety of assessment techniques, it is possible to design a unique, individualized program addressing postural, core, and musculo-skeletal imbalances. Each program also incorporates an individual’s personal goals. Some results of the program include:
- Better posture
- Restoration of functional movement patterns
- Increased strength and tone
- Pain relief
- Improved performance in sports and daily activities
- Weight optimization (achieve a healthy weight)
- Increased energy and overall wellness
